At HeatTrak, we stand behind the quality of our snow-melting systems and offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. We want to ensure your walkways and driveways stay safe and clear, so we make our exchange process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Place the unused heating mats and power units in their original boxes, ensuring all cables and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  • 3.
    Ship the Product

    Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it back to our warehouse using a trackable carrier of your choice.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians inspect the mats for functionality and condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
